1.0 What is the capability of Min. Line width and space?

Stardard FR4 PCB design rules.

1.1-What is the Min. Via size?

Machine drilling : min. 0.15mm Laser drilling : Min. 0.1mm

1.2-What is buried via?

Buried via only exist in multi-layer board,  inner layers connection within inner layers.

1.3-What is blind via?

Blind via only exist in multi-layer board,  inner layers connection within outer layers.

1.4-Could you make both buried vias and blind vias in a PCB?

Yes, we could do it.

1.5.1-What are half plated holes?

Half Plated hole is the hole center in the outline center, a half of hole cut out.

1.5.2-What is the Min. size of half plated holes?

PCB capablity of Half Plated hole is 0.5mm in Andwin.

1.5.3-Could you explain which product need to us half plated holes technical?

Half plated holes widely be used in modules, such as Wifi / Blue tooth / 4G /5G / IoT NB LoRa Modules. The modules SMT to main boards.

1.6-What is via in pad technology?

Via in pad is that the via holes in the SMD pad, it is not good at PCB assembly process. General, there are 3 methods to solver it.

1. The Via is 0.3 – 0.6mm, and solder pad is big ( >5times of  Via holes ) , Could use solder mask filled, it is economical. 2. Via is small and the solder pad is small  ( Via in BGA ) Could choose Via filled by resin and plated over or plated over by copper directly.
